This section of our website will help you become familiar with the e-Learning courses we have available at ILR. We continue to update and add to this listing so visit often.

E-Learning has become a more convenient and cost-effective method to enhance professional development. We are proud of our offerings and use of cutting edge technology to create the most dynamic and creative training opportunities possible.

Our courses can be purchased for individual use or in bulk for training an entire agency’s staffs.

On Your Way is a FREE interactive, website to guide youths through the process of identifying their strengths, determining career goals, and making life choices while creating a personal data profile that includes; a list of important people, a resume, medical information and more! The profile is accessible from anywhere by using a password created by the youth. The site is secure and the profile changes as youths alter their information. 

Working Safe Working Smart e-Learning - “Working Safe, Working Smart” is a five-unit training program on workplace safety. The focus of this training is on the interaction between staff and clients or the general public. The training presents an approach for determining safety needs within an agency and identifying a broad outline of areas that might require safety planning. Individual users can purchase WsWs and gain immediate access to the course. Bulk purchases of two or more users can be made and login codes will be provided within 48 hours.

Court Appointed Special Advocates - Guardian ad Litem Academy - This course is currently being developed through a National Institutes of Health Small Business Innovation Research Grant to assist court appointed special advocates and guardian ad litem volunteers to represent adolescents more effectively. As part of developing this course, research participants will help evaluate its effectiveness.

We expect this course, comprised of ten modules, will be ready for use by the Spring of 2010.
