ILR has developed a FREE interactive, website to guide youths through the process of identifying their strengths, determining career goals, and making life choices while creating a personal data profile that includes; a list of important people, a resume, medical information and more! The profile is accessible from anywhere by using a password created by the youth. The site is secure and the profile changes as youths alter their information.
