July 1, 2011 – all students need to apply for NC Reach and ETV for the fall semester.


· Once a student has completed their application, he/she will receive a WELCOME LETTER. This letter will thank them for applying and the paperwork will be attached to the email. The paperwork consists of the Financial Aid Release Form (FARF), Participation Agreement, and Fall Budget Form. The paperwork is also on the application, except the budget. The budget needs to come from us.

· Once students have registered for their fall classes, he/she can get started with the paperwork.

· Students need to take the Financial Aid Release Form (FARF) and Participation Agreement to the Financial Aid office. The financial aid office representative will fax the paperwork to us.

· Students need to complete the budget sheet and send it to us.

· Students need to send us a copy of their student bill. This can be sent in an email.

· Students need to request the school to have their Official Transcripts from their last semester mailed to us, if applicable.


CHANGE – we are no longer requiring the Cashier Statement and bill from the school. This will allow us to fund students sooner.


Please encourage all students eligible for NC Reach and ETV to apply. If you have a concern about the amount of money that will be sent, please address those concerns to us and we can adjust the need of funds. We offer more than just financial support. Each student will be in contact with a staff member through the semester to assist in the progress of their educational goals. Care packages are sent to students a few times a year. Encouragement, support and resources are a main priority in addition to the financial component of the program. We don’t want any student to miss out on these opportunities.
