Your Checking Account - Teacher’s Guide

Teach youths to use a checking account with this six-month simulation. Using forms reproduced in the activity text,

they deposit their weekly pay,
write checks for bills and purchases,
withdraw money for daily expenses, and
keep a check register.

Each month,
they do a budget,
receive a statement and
balance their checkbook.
